Brokerage Operations Representative

Fidelity TalentSource serves as your gateway to explore temporary opportunities within Fidelity Investments. We are currently seeking a Brokerage Operations Representative to join our dynamic team.



Team Overview

The Brokerage Operations division encompasses various middle office functions that assist Fidelity's Wealth and Brokerage associates as well as Retail clients with account setups, asset transfers, and account functionalities.



Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Brokerage Operations Representative is to deliver exceptional service to Fidelity shareholders by accurately creating and modifying brokerage accounts along with associated features. Key duties include managing client requests received through multiple channels, while not being responsible for incoming client phone inquiries.



Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or transaction processing role.
  • Exceptional time management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to identify high-risk scenarios and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet processing deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the work environment.
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback promptly.


Dynamic Work Environment
