Account Sales Executive

At Building Controls & Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Sales Executive to join our team. As an Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for independently managing and growing our account base, achieving growth and gross margin projections through individual and team sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategic plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities within assigned areas or markets.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with building owners to obtain a sales advantage over competitors.
- Proposal and Bid Preparation: Prepare proposals and bids for projects and contracts, including developing sales proposals, specifications, estimates, and presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with the sales team to coordinate sales and business development activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in engineering systems or a related field, with a minimum of two years in technical product sales.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and HVAC concepts and operations, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to build rapport and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
