Account Executive, Ticket Sales Specialist

The Wichita Wind Surge, a Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic ticket sales team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components
- Utilize Tickets.com to maintain a database of contacts and sales progression
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career
- Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
- Possess a positive attitude
- Maintain a flexible work schedule
