About the Role

The Wichita Wind Surge, a Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic ticket sales team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components
  • Utilize Tickets.com to maintain a database of contacts and sales progression
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career
  • Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule
