About the Role

Raycon, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Amazon Growth Manager to lead our Power Tech roadmap and develop comprehensive growth strategies for our newest lineup of products on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize product listings, manage inventory, and implement growth tactics to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the PPC team to align PPC campaigns with overall growth strategies and SEO efforts.
  • Work with the creative team to improve product visuals, ensuring they effectively showcase the product.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive the execution of growth strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, product listing optimization, and catalog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Self-motivated and diligent team player personality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
