Amazon Growth Strategist

Raycon, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Amazon Growth Manager to lead our Power Tech roadmap and develop comprehensive growth strategies for our newest lineup of products on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize product listings, manage inventory, and implement growth tactics to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the PPC team to align PPC campaigns with overall growth strategies and SEO efforts.
- Work with the creative team to improve product visuals, ensuring they effectively showcase the product.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive the execution of growth strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role.
- A proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth.
- Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, product listing optimization, and catalog management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
- Self-motivated and diligent team player personality.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
