Job Summary:
Mondo is seeking a Sr Marketplace Strategist to lead the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns within the Marketplace ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for clients.
Analyze and interpret client data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Amazon Advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising, paid ecommerce, senior media planning, or similar roles.
Strong data analytics and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Excel, and Google Tools.
Experience managing complex client needs and diverse personalities in a client-facing role.
Ability to proactively seek answers to questions and adapt to evolving challenges.
Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
