We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to join our team at the State Bar of Arizona. As a key member of our Member Services Division, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our events and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to our team, including data entry, copying, filing, mailings, and other tasks as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of our annual convention, including online registration, volunteer recruitment, and event logistics.
- Volunteer Management: Develop and coordinate the volunteer application and selection process for our committees and advisory groups.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and make recommendations for projects and programs under consideration for Member Services.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including members, clients, and vendors.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree or some college experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years in a responsible administrative position; previous legal or professional association experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management technology.
- Competitive Salary: $26.50 per hour
