Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, field technicians, salespeople, and management. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all service customers to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Proactively follow up with customers after completion of service visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and movement of manpower and materials to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians to meet customer needs and expectations based on the nature of the call.
  • Support material procurement for customer part sales and internal requests in support of service projects.
  • Effectively utilize various software in the delivery and management of service activities, including opening service calls, scheduling planned preventive maintenance visits, and updating customer information.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process records and documents for accounting, shipping, and scrap, and file records of same.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of industry experience or related customer service experience.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Compensation

The salary for this role is $25 - $30 per hour.
