Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts on-site maintenance and repair of semiconductor manufacturing machinery.
  • Assembles machinery at client locations.
  • Diagnoses and resolves equipment malfunctions.
  • Keeps detailed records and reports as necessary.
  • Collaborates with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to reduce equipment downtime and service interruptions.
  • Procures and installs necessary components.
  • Responds to urgent service requests as needed.
  • Trains client personnel on system functionality and upkeep.
  • Implements upgrades and modifications to machinery as required.
  • Stays updated on equipment and tools through relevant training, manuals, and industry publications.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, security, and proper use of company assets, including vehicles and tools.
  • Must uphold professional conduct standards acceptable to both clients and customers to maintain site access credentials.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong customer interaction skills are essential.
  • Proficient mechanical skills and ability to utilize necessary tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical aspects related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of company equipment and procedures.
