Job Description:

In the role of Construction Equipment Technician, you will be essential in the upkeep and repair of a diverse range of heavy machinery, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing mechanical problems, executing repairs, and performing preventive maintenance to guarantee the efficiency and safety of our equipment fleet.


Experience Needed:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or equipment rental setting.
Expertise in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing various heavy machinery, including but not limited to excavators, loaders, dozers, and dump trucks.

Capability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy machinery maintenance and repair.

Qualifications Needed:
A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in diesel mechanics or a related field is preferred.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
