Human Resources Strategist - Cyber Security Expert

**Company Overview**

ACES Group LLC is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the government sector. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategist to join our team and support our DoD CIO client.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

**Job Description**

As a Human Resources Strategist, you will play a critical role in advising on the procedural and regulatory requirements governing the CES recruitment process. You will work closely with CES component stakeholders to tailor communication and ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Your expertise in HR statutory and regulatory guidance will be invaluable in advising component POCs on the proper coding and/or processing of CES personnel actions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Advise on procedural and regulatory requirements governing the CES recruitment process
* Tailor communication to address multiple audiences
* Advise and/or assist CES component stakeholders throughout the staffing process
* Review and verify justifications for requesting use of special salary rates recruitment bonuses retentions allowances and other authorities
* Research and draft responses to component inquiries
* Assist in coordinating staff actions across the WID staff

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Active Secret clearance
* 7 years Federal HR experience (preferably with DoD) with demonstrated expert knowledge in Recruitment and Staffing
* Expert knowledge of Title 5 Title 10 and Department of Defense personnel policies
* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the interests and positions of DoD CIO

**Benefits:**

* Hybrid work environment with 23 days per week in office and rest telework

**Others:**

* Assist the Government Leadership staff when they coordinate/communicate including calls responding to email and interfacing with stakeholders or their staff at all levels within DoD
* Coordinate joint efforts with other groups and offices and maintain accountability of all assigned tasks
* Prepare and assist in the development of briefings multimedia presentations white papers and informational memoranda
