Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Hamilton & Miller PA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of time clock punches and resolve payroll issues and errors
- Plan and coordinate company events and team-building activities
- Coordinate employment interviews and maintain accurate employee records
- Complete employee verification forms and assist with new hire orientations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to solve problems and work with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using technology and automation
What We Offer
Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
