Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of Patch within the enterprise sector. This role is pivotal in shaping our company’s trajectory, product offerings, and strategic direction. You will focus on expanding our clientele, nurturing relationships, and guiding the sales process from initial outreach to successful credit acquisition and beyond. As a founding member of the Enterprise Account Executive team, your innovative problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing market needs and finalizing agreements that propel Patch’s mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct thorough discovery sessions with prospects to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Advocate for Patch's unique value proposition and present our solutions to decision-makers at organizations committed to climate action.
  • Establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor with expertise in climate solutions.
  • Identify avenues for growth and new product opportunities to inform our strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on customer requirements.
  • Participate in occasional travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles with large organizations (1,000+ employees) and a history of surpassing sales targets in dynamic environments.
  • A results-oriented mindset with exceptional time management skills to balance various responsibilities, including pipeline development, relationship management, and sales activities.
  • Enthusiastic about cross-functional collaboration at Patch to deliver outstanding results for clients.
  • Experience in successfully launching new products or solutions, with a demonstrated ability to challenge conventional approaches. Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor when engaging with decision-makers, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse team members.
  • A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to work in a mission-driven organization.
  • Willingness to work from the office a few days a week.
