Position Overview:
Texas Instruments is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist Intern who will play a crucial role in our operations. This position involves executing scheduled maintenance and addressing basic corrective actions on production equipment as per the maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize all necessary parts for maintenance tasks in advance.
  • Document critical data from maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct routine inspections and repairs on production machinery.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in production maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and safety documentation.
  • Strong interest in mechanical maintenance activities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and teamwork capabilities.
