Safety and Compliance

- Monitor and maintain safety training and equipment records.
- Communicate openly with team members about safety protocols and best practices.
Product Line Management
- Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Buyer to promote product lines and increase sales.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
Training and Development
- Support Manager Trainees and provide constructive feedback.
Performance Metrics
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve maximum profits and balance inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in production operations or a related field.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales and management principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry.
