Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team at PrideStaff Portland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align manufacturing capabilities with customers and technology roadmaps by implementing new technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team.
  • Design and conduct experiments to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend circuit board assembly processes and equipment.
  • Provide technical support for new product introductions and program management.
Requirements
  • High level of proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient English skills (reading, writing, and verbal) and intermediate mathematical skills.
  • Displays a high-level critical thinking and analysis as well as a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of IPC-610, J-STD, IPC 7711/7721, IPC-A-600, and/or ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
  • Contract manufacturing experience.
