- Outstanding collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated proficiency with technical programs/projects
- Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
This role will lead programs and be responsible for the end-to-end timely, on-budget technology execution of the program. You will interact with multiple Engineering teams to drive engineering and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless modern experience at every touchpoint.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree or Master's (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
- Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple technology platforms and business areas
- Outstanding collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated proficiency with technical programs/projects
