We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading programs and ensuring timely, on-budget technology execution. You will actively engage key business and technology portfolio partners to understand opportunities, risks, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs and ensure timely, on-budget technology execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
  • Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Confluence
