About the Role

We're seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead our BRS Community, driving creative excellence and innovation across the Nike design ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Nike design leadership to develop and implement the BRS studio's overall vision, process, and strategy.
  • Lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a collective and interdisciplinary approach to collaboration, ideation, and experimentation.
  • Develop and execute educational and inspirational programs to spark creativity and empower Nike's design community.
  • Source speakers and produce opportunities for internal and external residencies to bring external creatives into our world-class studio.
  • Connect with design leaders, comms, and Sports marketing partners to align on creative direction and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related field.
  • Hyper connection to culture, design trends, and the design industry.
  • Excellence in relationship building and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and positive force for the design community.
  • Multifaceted design background.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
