Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

At CELSIUS I CORP, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our manufacturing processes and drive efficiency in our industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects to localize production operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Design, create, and improve production lines using Lean and other common manufacturing methodologies, resulting in increased productivity and reduced waste.
  • Monitor and institute value stream KPIs through the PDCA process, using data-driven insights to drive down inefficiencies and improve quality.
  • Report value stream KPIs at daily PDCA meetings, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operators and management to drive continuous improvement in the Value Stream, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good condition, operational, and calibrated according to Engineering, Quality, and Operations' specifications.
  • Create, review, and update all technical production standards and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage bill of material creation and process routing, verifying routings with time studies to optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop project proposals, including financial justification, to secure funding and resources for manufacturing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, with over five years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, solid modeling, and AutoCAD 2D drawing.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Lean manufacturing principles, including SMED, EPEI, PFEP, Kanban, and Glenday Sieve/flow.
  • Advanced knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write technical reports and proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
