Senior Manufacturing Engineer

At CELSIUS I CORP, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our manufacturing processes and drive efficiency in our industrial plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects to localize production operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Design, create, and improve production lines using Lean and other common manufacturing methodologies, resulting in increased productivity and reduced waste.
- Monitor and institute value stream KPIs through the PDCA process, using data-driven insights to drive down inefficiencies and improve quality.
- Report value stream KPIs at daily PDCA meetings, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operators and management to drive continuous improvement in the Value Stream, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good condition, operational, and calibrated according to Engineering, Quality, and Operations' specifications.
- Create, review, and update all technical production standards and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage bill of material creation and process routing, verifying routings with time studies to optimize production efficiency.
- Develop project proposals, including financial justification, to secure funding and resources for manufacturing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, with over five years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, solid modeling, and AutoCAD 2D drawing.
- Experience with ERP systems and Lean manufacturing principles, including SMED, EPEI, PFEP, Kanban, and Glenday Sieve/flow.
- Advanced knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write technical reports and proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
