Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Capabilities Senior Functional Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Technical Analyst to join our Strategic Enterprise Capabilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing future state technical solutions for digital capabilities, collaborating with business users to identify needs, and developing comprehensive designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in designing future state technical solutions for digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify needs and develop comprehensive designs.
  • Document and provide expertise for enabling data and technical requirements.
  • Partner with business capability process experts to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Participate in future state business process design.
  • Align with technical strategy and governance.
  • Collaborate with SAP and other technology partners to evaluate, design, and deliver technology solutions.
  • Validate and recommend acceptance of business process design and requirements.
  • Perform integration configuration and development.
  • Define and document operational hand-offs.
  • Support quality management (QM) testing for all configuration changes and custom enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • Manage the backlog during program increments (PI) and deliver value in 2-week agile sprints.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital applications, systems, and master data.
  • Familiarity with system integration technologies (e.g., Fusion, Informatica, AWS).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and document requirements.
  • Knowledge of digital processes and business drivers.
  • Experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in retail/fashion/footwear (SAP, Sterling, etc.).
  • Proficient in application lifecycle management (ALM) tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, accountable, and able to manage ambiguity with a commitment to personal growth.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical IT teams.
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in digital applications, processes, and master data.
