Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team at Visory. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime of our internal and client networks, resolving client-facing tickets within contracted SLAs, and executing on deliverables for client-facing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Network Equipment Installation and Configuration: Install and configure network equipment for Visory and our clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Network Documentation and Diagrams: Update network diagrams and documentation to reflect changes and ensure accurate representation of our network infrastructure.
  • Project Work: Execute on deliverables for client-facing projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ticket Resolution: Resolve client-facing tickets within contracted SLAs, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
  • IP Space Management: Manage internal and client-facing IP space, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Patching and Troubleshooting: Patch client network infrastructure and troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate network issues to clients, peers, and leadership teams.
  • System Standards: Define, document, and enforce system standards for internal and client-facing network systems, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Onsite Support: Provide onsite support when needed, working closely with clients to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Proactively monitor and respond to internal and client networks for issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with client stakeholders for project and performance-related engagements, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
  • On-Call Schedule: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage and prompt response to network issues.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work out of the Phoenix office 2-3 days a week at a minimum.
  • Travel: Availability to travel to out-of-state clients when needed.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional IT certifications, such as A+, Network+, Sec+, Cisco CCST, or equivalent.
  • Windows Server Administration: Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
  • Public Cloud Networking: Knowledge of public cloud networking with an emphasis on Azure.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills, including telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and client care.
  • Diagnosis Skills: Diagnosis skills of complex technical issues.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly, while maintaining a schedule and up-to-date calendar.
  • Service Awareness: Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided.
  • Support Tools: Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
  • Typing Skills: Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience managing and troubleshooting networks.
Compensation

$60,000 to $70,000 base salary plus benefits and bonus opportunity.
