Reports to: Production Manager

We prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency in all our operations, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team to meet departmental objectives through effective planning and task delegation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Facilitate training for new hires and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with other leads and supervisors to resolve operational challenges and optimize processes.
  • Uphold ethical leadership principles, fostering a respectful and professional work environment.
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for departmental tasks.
  • Operate various production machinery proficiently and oversee the production workflow.
  • Verify documentation and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the availability of necessary resources.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience; prior leadership experience preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Forklift certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing schedules.

Work Environment:

  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
