We're seeking a HDD Foreman to oversee all aspects of HDD crew operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

• Lead daily HDD crew operations, ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and effectively
  
• Verify locates and job setup details for each bore shot
  
• Train new operators and laborers, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
  
• Ensure all company paperwork is completed at the end of each workday
  
• Cover daily safety topics, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
  

• Class A CDL is required
  
• Minimum 3 years of HDD crew experience
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
