Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our Global Strategic Events team. The Global Strategic Events team is driven by the Leadership Principle Think Big. Our mission is to connect customers to Amazon Ads through best-in-class experiences.
We are looking for an experiential-driven, data-obsessed, experienced B2B marketer to own holistic event programs from overall event management to specific ownership of key event workstreams such as meetings programs, brand activations, experiential executions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support overall event management on a number of events and workflows for events, including pre-production logistics planning, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap up.
- Lead creative ideation around experiential activations and customer engagement.
- Drive internal/external event communications.
- Development of project plans, and manage deliverables and timelines associated with event plan.
- Track, collect, and report on event metrics, and analyze program elements for effectiveness to measure success and YoY improvement recommendations.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal leaders and cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
- Work with 3rd party event agencies, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advertising industry experience preferred, with a strong knowledge of tentpoles including CES, MWC, Cannes Lions, and OMR.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
