Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Universal Technical Institute. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies, plans, and documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables from design to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project management tracking tools and documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts.
  • Facilitate kick off meetings, project planning, and solutioning meetings.
  • Assist teams in feasibility analysis, breakdown structure, scheduling, and resourcing.
  • Monitor project budget and provide tracking reports.
  • Identify potential risks and issues associated with projects and develop mitigation plans.
  • Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years project management experience and experience leading business partners and various stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Intermediate experience using Office productivity software, including document formatting, organization, collaboration, and review, data management, formulas, functions, and pivot tables/charts, and presentation development.
