About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team at Skanska USA. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for managing the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preconstruction process, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team to identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Review and analyze project data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on preconstruction and estimating
  • Proven track record of success in managing preconstruction projects and teams
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating software and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
