Job Overview

The Operations Manager at Cesna will play a crucial role in overseeing both office and facility management to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management (70%)

  1. Direct and oversee a team of three personnel responsible for maintaining office spaces and cafeteria operations.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events aimed at boosting employee morale and enhancing company visibility.
  3. Provide vital administrative assistance to members of the executive team as required.
  4. Manage procurement processes for office supplies and essential materials.
  5. Oversee inventory management for equipment including PCs, Macs, printers, and telecommunication devices.
  6. Assist with the setup and configuration of office equipment.
  7. Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure financial efficiency.

Facility Management (30%)

  1. Lead and manage construction and renovation initiatives.
  2. Communicate effectively with general contractors and onsite workers.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain routine maintenance schedules.
  4. Ensure all facilities adhere to safety, fire, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five years of applicable experience with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Experience in facility and building maintenance, including compliance and permit management.
  • Background in construction and renovations, with experience working with contractors.
  • Preferred knowledge in electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Ability to assemble furniture and perform handy work tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
