Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our office and facility management functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our workspace and the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management (70%)

  1. Direct and oversee a team of three staff members responsible for maintaining office and cafeteria operations.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute company events aimed at boosting employee morale and enhancing corporate visibility.
  3. Provide vital administrative assistance to executive team members as required.
  4. Manage the procurement of office supplies and essential items.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment, including PCs, Macs, printers, and telecommunication devices.
  6. Assist in the setup and configuration of office equipment.
  7. Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency.

Facility Management (30%)

  1. Lead and oversee construction and renovation initiatives.
  2. Communicate effectively with general contractors and construction personnel.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain routine maintenance schedules.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five years of pertinent experience with a proven history of success.
  • Expertise in facility and building maintenance, including compliance and permit management.
  • Experience in construction and renovation projects, with a strong understanding of contractor relations.
  • Preferred knowledge in electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Ability to assemble furniture and perform general maintenance tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
