Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avamere Rehabilitation at Ridgemont. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities, such as transferring residents and preparing them for activities and social programs
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor
- Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in this state
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
