Biosimilar Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biosimilar Regional Account Manager to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing targeted customer accounts in the institutional, clinic, specialty wholesale distribution, specialty pharmacy, and market access classes of trade for our Teva product portfolio with an emphasis on biosimilars.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with key customers to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement product access strategies and tactics in collaboration with Marketing and other internal stakeholders
- Identify and develop opportunities with customer targets through data analysis and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal strategic partners, including Market Access, Trade, Marketing, Medical, Brand Team, Finance, National Accounts, and Pricing/Contract teams
- Ensure contract compliance to increase pull-through sales and report market intelligence
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing, or 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in buy & bill market, preferably in biosimilar market, preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or IDN market preferred
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to understand strategy and strategic thinking
