Clinical Education Program Manager - Administration Division at Providence Health & Services

Work Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours weekly

Under the guidance of the Division Director and in collaboration with the Talent Pipeline Project Manager, the Clinical Education Program Manager is tasked with overseeing, organizing, and facilitating clinical placements for health program students across all Providence clinical facilities. This role acts as the primary link between educational institutions and Providence clinical locations, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare sector
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related discipline from an accredited institution
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or workforce diversity initiatives
  • 1 year of experience in an educational role within a healthcare setting
