The Clinical Education Program Manager operates under the guidance of the Division Director and collaborates closely with the Talent Pipeline Project Manager. This role is pivotal in orchestrating, overseeing, and facilitating clinical training opportunities for students enrolled in health education programs across all Providence clinical facilities.
As the primary liaison between educational institutions and Providence clinical locations, the Clinical Education Program Manager ensures that all compliance and regulatory requirements are diligently met.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent educational background
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a health-related discipline
- 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or promoting workforce diversity
- 1 year of experience in an educational role within a healthcare setting
