The Production Shift Supervisor is a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for overseeing the activities of production personnel to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time. This role operates in a controlled manufacturing environment designed for sustained production. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical Demands- Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift, carry, and relocate approximately 50 lbs. of objects, materials, and/or product.
- Standing and Walking: Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending, stooping, moving within plant.
- Eye Hand Coordination: Hand and finger dexterity.
