* Coordinate patient care and physician activity to ensure efficient and effective operations
* Maintain appointment schedules, making alterations, deletions, and additions as needed
* Communicate schedule changes to relevant staff members and physicians/providers
* Receive patients at arrival, verify information, and obtain necessary signatures
* Answer telephone calls, assist callers, and take accurate messages
