Project Manager

At Hoffman & Hoffman Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of PLC, SCADA, and BMS Systems, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate project elements and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Hire and direct electrical subcontractors to ensure proper installation and execution of project documents.
- Order project materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Bill construction projects and collaborate with administration to ensure accurate billing.
- Communicate project information to stakeholders, including engineering, technicians, and operations management.
- Complete construction projects by assisting technicians with start-up assignments and coordinating with engineers and programmers for modifications and corrections.
- Achieve financial objectives by reviewing job labor cost reports and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintain industry technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications.
- Mentor less senior project managers and provide quality control of installations by enforcing project safety requirements and critiquing commissioning methods.
- Contribute to team effort by leading by example and initiating open and positive attitude.
