Project Management Technician

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Project Management Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for installing display lighting on new builds and facilities needing upgrades. This is a traveling position that requires frequent travel to parts of GA, NC, and all of SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and utilize tools and equipment in various areas, including carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs.
- Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle; adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving.
Work Environment: The work requires observing necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts, machines for building and site maintenance. The use of protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
