Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be an integral part of the team, acting as a single point of contact and responsible for all aspects of installation projects, from inception to final close-out. This individual will work independently and as part of a team, conducting their work in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Bonitz team members, customers, vendors, and project team members.
  • Manage all aspects of installation projects, including planning, coordination, and oversight.
  • Coordinate with General Contractors to maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with construction contracts.
  • Oversee field operations to guarantee work is done according to plans, project specifications, and completion schedules.
  • Prepare and issue work orders for installers.
  • Ensure project profitability and manage payment schedules for subcontractors.
  • Manage punch-list completion and issuance of warranty and maintenance files to General Contractors.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or 2-5 years' experience in general contracting, construction management, or construction administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with bilingual Spanish skills a plus.

Safety Requirements:

  • Conduct regular safety inspections on all job sites.
  • Lead toolbox talks with crews on site.
  • Ensure all safety training and certifications are up-to-date or scheduled.
  • Comply with all Bonitz safety policies to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
