Project Manager for 3D Creative Services

Key Responsibilities

As a detail-oriented project manager, you will oversee projects from initial intake through final delivery, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing multiple projects across different pipelines, coordinating and monitoring project hand-off to external vendor partners, communicating with internal teams and vendors, managing risks and issues, and monitoring progress to ensure the project stays on track. You will also be responsible for professionally communicating with stakeholders regarding project statuses, potential delays, or any other areas of concern, tracking project progress to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards, and consistently updating and communicating across all project management systems.

Requirements

We are seeking a project manager with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field. You should have strong familiarity with architectural plans and specifications, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as CAD drawings, landscaping plans, site maps, and specifications. Proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software, such as 3ds Max or VRay, is preferred. You should have experience around these tools to create high-quality, photorealistic renderings and models, with a solid understanding of the rendering process, the ability to optimize files for efficiency, and familiarity with material properties, lighting, and texturing techniques to ensure project deliverables meet both aesthetic and technical standards.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Project Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This is a position which requires the Project Manager frequent walking, standing, and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models, and properties.
