Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of an Insurance Operations Associate for a contract-to-hire position within the Insurance sector. This role is designed to be remote, ideally suited for candidates with a background in the auto insurance field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage updates to client policies, payments, and account closures on insurance provider platforms.
  • Initiate outbound communications to collect information, address client inquiries, and suggest policy modifications or supplementary coverage.
  • Adhere to corporate and regulatory standards while ensuring efficient account management.
  • Examine and interpret reports to detect processing discrepancies and trends, making necessary corrections and adjustments.
  • Provide leadership support to junior staff, resolving challenges and assisting during high-demand periods, while contributing to process enhancement discussions.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred possession of State Property & Casualty insurance sales licenses.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with experience in managing insurance policies, applications, renewals, and modifications.
  • Proficient in data entry, ensuring accurate logging, coding, and verification of information across various systems.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve processing discrepancies while auditing reports and digital records for precision.
  • Experience in processing transactions, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality benchmarks.
Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $21 to $23, with potential for bonuses.
