The Cash Management Operations Associate Analyst is an entry-level position tasked with supporting various projects and initiatives related to cash management in collaboration with the Transaction Services team. The primary goal is to ensure that transactions are executed accurately and punctually while assisting different internal roles associated with cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and verify that transaction processes are carried out correctly and adhere to internal policies and controls.
+ Assist in the investigation, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions for all necessary issues as directed.
+ Support the transition, alignment, and stabilization efforts of essential operational functions.
+ Provide assistance as needed for control, risk management, daily operations, and transaction services projects.
+ Offer informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members as required.
+ Engage in cross-training for various internal roles within the department and provide backup coverage for those roles as necessary.
+ Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables from both internal and external clients and vendors.
+ Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues transparently.
Qualifications:
+ 0-2 years of relevant experience.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cash and trade operations.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry tasks.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Salary Range:
$56,000 - $78,180.00
