Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team at HBC Enterprise LLC. As an Experienced Painter, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including damage from accidents, collisions, and road debris.
  • Utilize heavy lifting equipment and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Estimate auto body repair costs accurately and communicate effectively with customers and management.
  • Apply airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Work closely with detailers to ensure that all vehicles are restored to their original condition.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Use specialized equipment to perform auto painting and detailing tasks.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs and restoration projects.
  • Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as washing and waxing vehicles.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration.
  • Knowledge of auto estimating software and techniques.
  • Experience with airless paint spraying and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures.
  • Experience with auto glass and restoration projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and management.
