Job Description:

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for driving client success and delivering high-quality results. As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage client relationships, including regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
Key Outcomes and Responsibilities:Client Retention, Revenue, and Profitability
  • Develop and execute strategic solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Client Business Knowledge Leading to Organic Growth and New Business
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the identification of new business opportunities and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure business growth and success.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend meetings.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with media planning, marketing research tools, and client media budgeting.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to use project management tools.

Compensation:

Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $63,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. This is just one component of Butler/Till's total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
