Position Summary
Talent Software Services seeks an experienced Customer Support Liaison Specialist to provide top-notch support to our customers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Main Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate.
- Interact with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve customer issues.
- Assist with training new team members.
- Stay updated on industry developments, software systems, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PC applications and software systems.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
Salary Information
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
