Position Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate.
  • Interact with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with training new team members.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, software systems, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and software systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as required.

Salary Information

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
