Account Manager

Maxonic, Inc. is a certified minority-owned staffing and payroll services firm founded in 2002 and headquartered in Campbell, CA. We provide consulting and permanent staff augmentation services to companies across North America, Europe, and India. Our highly experienced recruiting staff draws primarily from our internal database of over a million candidates and other leading tools in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service entrusted clients with exceptional care and attention to detail.
  • Onboard new clients and develop strategies to help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider.
  • Build long-term relationships with direct clients and help them fill their technology resource needs.
  • Track and review processes and parameters to drive business goals.
  • Interact with clients and VMS to ensure seamless communication.
  • Understand client executives' issues and challenges and provide high-level IT consulting.
  • Stay up-to-date with IT and technology trends.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain.
  • Ability to think strategically and approach new client acquisition.
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Business acumen, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Adherence to ethical business conduct.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
Position Logistics:
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US.
  • Position type: full-time.
  • Position location: San Francisco Bay area or Southern California.
  • Time zone preferences: EST, MT, or Central.
