Job Title: Account Executive

Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. (CIL) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to manage our Southeast US territories. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive customer volume and revenue growth. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Present CIL application overviews, product specifications, usage details, benefits, and capabilities to customers and prospects
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management and CIL teams
  • Negotiate contracts, supply agreements, and pricing agreements with customers with assistance from management teams
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, pricing, supply chain, production, R&D, and customer engagement to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
  • Provide support to counterparts in customer engagement
  • Assist with forecast and budgeting efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote CIL products and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or related field required or experience in technical sales. Preferably Chemistry or Life Sciences
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a high-volume territory
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a scientific or technical industry
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as required
