BlueVoyant is seeking a dynamic Microsoft Alliance Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing initiatives focused on Microsoft. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft marketing strategies and Microsoft Azure Cloud security, including Azure Sentinel and other security solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, prioritizing, and managing a variety of marketing efforts to stimulate demand for BlueVoyant's services, partnerships, and business growth with Microsoft channel partners. Collaboration with the global marketing team and close alignment with BlueVoyant's corporate marketing teams is essential. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Alliance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Microsoft-centric marketing efforts in partnership with Microsoft Alliance Directors and channel partners as we expand our partner ecosystem.
- Establish yourself as the subject matter expert in Microsoft marketing within the region, driving awareness and demand for BlueVoyant's Microsoft offerings.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
- Microsoft Sellers: Propel marketing initiatives to support co-selling efforts. This includes the localization, creation, and distribution of Microsoft-facing materials and programs to elevate BlueVoyant's brand as the leading partner for Microsoft security services and generate referral revenue from Microsoft.
- Microsoft Channel Partners: Develop and deliver marketing resources and programs aimed at educating and empowering Microsoft Channel Partners to collaboratively drive new revenue, working alongside our local sales and marketing teams.
- End-Customer Demand Generation: Collaborate with Microsoft Alliance marketing leadership, corporate growth teams, and local sales teams to align on the development and localization of global campaigns, ensuring effective local execution.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies in conjunction with BlueVoyant Alliance leadership, Microsoft, and channel partners, understanding their requirements to facilitate go-to-market alignment with BlueVoyant.
- Identify avenues to secure marketing funds through incentive programs and oversee the investment and monitoring processes with Microsoft.
- Maximize Microsoft partner marketing support and incentives to foster strong customer engagement.
- Prepare and present regular updates for executive leaders and program stakeholders.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess both demand generation experience and familiarity with Microsoft. Preferred candidates will have a background in channel partnerships and cybersecurity or services marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, and/or channel marketing.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Security technologies, including Azure, Sentinel, and Defender.
- Proven ability to create, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, with agility to adapt as circumstances evolve.
- Experience leading marketing project management initiatives.
- Skilled in developing presentations and communications that effectively influence decision-making and inspire collaborative marketing efforts.
- Adept at building trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, and partners.
- Effective communicator of marketing plans, capable of garnering buy-in from sales teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with all organizational levels.
