Your Role
As the Head of Sales and Customer Success Operations, you will be instrumental in defining the future of our sales and customer success functions, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales and Customer Success Operations professionals, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
- Establish strong relationships with the Chief Revenue Officer, key stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Customer Success, Delivery, and Support to drive proactive insights and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth and productivity.
- Conduct data analysis to identify key trends, KPIs, and customer funnel metrics in partnership with Finance and Customer Analytics teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional Revenue Operations teams to optimize top-of-funnel conversion rates and revenue performance.

Customer Insights
- Own and refine customer retention and churn data, providing insights to leadership.
- Manage and summarize weekly Sales, Expansion, and Churn Forecasts.

Pricing and Contract Management
- Collaborate on pricing initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Partner with regional sales and customer success teams to implement effective management processes, including territory assignments, forecasting, and account planning.

Qualifications
- Over 7 years of experience in leading sales and/or customer success operations, ideally within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven success in developing and executing effective sales/customer success strategies.
- Expertise in sales/customer success automation tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer data, retention, and churn metrics.
- Proficient in sales funnel optimization and account planning at scale.
