Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding and Support: Own the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform and providing exceptional support to resolve any technical issues or concerns.
- Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and distribute valuable feedback from customers to inform product development and drive business growth.
- Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Focus on driving NRR by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Own customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

- 3+ years of experience in customer success or solutions engineering in an enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
