Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Support: Own the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform and providing exceptional support to resolve any technical issues or concerns.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and distribute valuable feedback from customers to inform product development and drive business growth.
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Focus on driving NRR by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Own customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify areas for process improvement and automation, and develop solutions to streamline customer onboarding, support, and retention processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or solutions engineering in an enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
