Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Element Hotel Gaston. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including front desk logs and guest information
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
