Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Element Hotel Gaston. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including front desk logs and guest information
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
