XM Success CAHPS Team
Role Overview
The XM Success Team is central to Qualtrics.

From initial onboarding to continuous adoption, we support clients throughout their journey, helping them maximize the value of our products and services.

We comprehend their objectives and, as trusted advisors, assist them in achieving their business goals while recommending solutions to the challenges they encounter.

We seek resourceful individuals to join our team and significantly influence customer retention and growth.

Our Healthcare Industry Team is experiencing rapid expansion, necessitating expertise in regulatory programs for patient experience and payers.

This team has two roles available: Technology Consultant and Data Processor, both essential for ensuring compliance with CAHPS protocols.

  • Effectively onboard clients, implement, and deliver customer projects, guiding them from inception to production.
  • Provide valuable solutions to our clients, leading to high renewal and expansion rates.

  • Support the Product team in enhancing product features and, eventually, assist the Sales team in pursuing significant deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements, helping to scope projects by understanding timelines and workflows.
  • Resolve complex technical implementations both independently and collaboratively.
  • Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through various communication channels.
  • Enable clients on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
  • Lead implementation projects to completion, managing client relationships, schedules, risks, issues, and resources.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Engagement Manager and other internal account team members.
  • Work with our Product Management and Engineering teams to solve problems and deliver custom engineering solutions.
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base, including lessons learned, best practices, and guidance materials.
  • Continuously adapt and deepen your product knowledge while staying informed about emerging technologies.
